If I order Chauffeurs Choice, how soon can I start?

2-6 weeks – we would like customers to start at the beginning of the month, but need 2 weeks to process orders.

Can I access it anywhere?

You can access Chauffeurs Choice anywhere there is a wireless connection available.

Is Chauffeurs Choice easy to use?

Like anything new it will take a short time and some effort to familiarise yourself, but once the basics are learned yes it is relatively easy to use, even for people not so computer literate.

Will it save me time?

Yes, once you are familiar with the system it can save you a massive amount of time.

Will it save me money?

Yes it should do – time is money for you personally, and if you also employ staff to do some admin duties it may be possible to reduce your over heads by reducing their work load/hours etc.

Can Chauffeurs Choice be linked to my web site?

Yes, the ‘Online’ booking facility will be apparent, and a link to your Chauffeurs Choice site also.

If I have no web site?

You can either have a web site built by somebody else, or we can build one for you.

Is Chauffeurs Choice secure?

Yes, your Chauffeurs Choice site will be encrypted with a 2048bit secure certificate, this is same level of encryption used by all on-line shops and banking systems

What happens if the host ‘server’ fails?

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime. The server where Chauffeurs Choice is monitored 24/7 so if there are any problems we will be made aware of them immediately. In the event of any problems we will have the system back up and running.

What sort of computer will I need?

Any modern computer will do as long as it has a broadband internet connection and a modern browser such as Internet Explorer 8, Firefox 3.5 or Safari 4.

What broadband speed is required?

Any broadband connection is capable of running Chauffeurs Choice. Obviously the faster the connection the better it will perform.

How will I pay for Chauffeurs Choice?

Simply fill in the direct debit section on your order-form, Post it back to us, and we will forward it to your bank.
         
Is there a set-up fee?

The set up fee is £295.00, but will be totally discounted until August 2011..so NO fee.

I am not very experienced with a computer, and currently do things the ‘Old fashioned’ way, how can I be confident in modernising my business with Chauffeurs Choice?

Some people may choose to run the Chauffeurs Choice system parallel to their current system for a short period of time, this allows confidence in the new process to develop. But it will soon become apparent that Chauffeurs Choice is the way forward.

How much training will I need?

Minimal training is required for most. There is a User Guide included which can be printed off and followed (Recommended). There will also be an email facility if needed, and a limited phone support i.e. message service & reply.

Will my customers like Chauffeurs Choice?

Other than the virtual elimination of chance of error, Your customers will only experience the ‘Online booking’ form, which is quick & easy to use, saves much time, and gives them confidence with the email confirmation.  It is ideal for secretaries/PA’s etc, and is also a desirable option for your private customers.

What will my commitment be?

Minimum term will be 12 months.  But once this system is used there should be no desire to revert to a previous method.
