Anybody with a login and password can access and work on this system anywhere, all they need is a computer and a wireless connection.  There is an ever growing number of wireless networks available, giving the freedom and convenience of not having to wait until you get back to the office to do all your admin.

Mobile Phones

 
With a steadily growing number of mobile phones it is now possible to access and work on this system if you have an internet package with your service provider- although currently ability and speed does vary.  It is also possible to use your mobile phone as a modem/dongle to connect your laptop to the Internet where wireless networks are not available, again this is subject to your mobile type, your contract package, and your network provider.
